Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP3CB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,012 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP3CB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NHLRC2, RSL1D1, and AFG3L2. Each is linked with PPP3CB in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP3CB-to-partner and partner-to-PPP3CB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP3CB versus NHLRC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
