Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP3CB RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP3CB data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PPP3CB RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP3CB expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LGG and SKCM show a favorable association.

ACC, LIHC, and LGG are the cancer types where PPP3CB RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
