Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP3CA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP3CA-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEL1L2, FABP9, and PPP1R2C. Each is linked with PPP3CA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP3CA-to-partner and partner-to-PPP3CA results are reported.
