Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP2R2D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,688 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP2R2D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTBP2, PWWP2B, and TRUB1. Each is linked with PPP2R2D in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R2D-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R2D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP2R2D versus CTBP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP2R2D→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP2R2D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
