Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP2R1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,672 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP2R1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIK2, ZW10, and DLAT. Each is linked with PPP2R1B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R1B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R1B results are reported.
