Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP2R1B RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP2R1B data layer compared with 5 for mutation status and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher PPP2R1B RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2R1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, LGG, and BLCA are the cancer types where PPP2R1B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
