Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP2R1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,967 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP2R1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic sister chromatid cohesion, centromeric, Centromeric sister chromatid cohesion, and Negative regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with PPP2R1B in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R1B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R1B results are reported.
