The most reproducible PPP2R1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFB125, OPN1MW3, and HTR1E. Each is linked with PPP2R1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R1B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R1B results are reported.
