Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP2R1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,955 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP2R1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Regulation of aggrephagy. Each is linked with PPP2R1A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R1A-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R1A results are reported.
