Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R9A-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,602 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R9A-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R9A_S840, PPP1R9A, and DDAH1. Each is linked with PPP1R9A-AS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R9A-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R9A-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R9A-AS1 versus PPP1R9A_S840 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R9A-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R9A-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
