PPP1R8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,170 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDF2, NUDC, and SPEN. Each is linked with PPP1R8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R8-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R8 versus YTHDF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
