Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,177 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are STK25, ILKAP, and DIS3L2. Each is linked with PPP1R7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R7-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R7 results are reported.
