Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,194 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP14, PARK7, and ATIC. Each is linked with PPP1R7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R7-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R7 versus NOP14 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
