Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,264 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-RNA covalent cross-linking repair, Otolith mineralization, and Thymidine biosynthetic process. Each is linked with PPP1R7 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R7-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R7 results are reported.
