PPP1R36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,148 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSPA2, AGR3, and PLEKHG3. Each is linked with PPP1R36 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R36-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R36 versus HSPA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R36→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
