The most reproducible PPP1R35-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, tRNA metabolic process, and Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly. Each is linked with PPP1R35-AS1 in more than 22 cancer types.
