Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R2B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 458 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-391P, OR7K1P, and MCTP1-AS1. Each is linked with PPP1R2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R2B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-391P grouped by PPP1R2B-low versus PPP1R2B-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
