PPP1R1C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,050 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP1R1C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear envelope organization, COPII-coated vesicle budding, and Mitotic nuclear membrane organization. Each is linked with PPP1R1C in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R1C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R1C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nuclear envelope organization grouped by PPP1R1C-low versus PPP1R1C-high in UVM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
