Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R1C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 644 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R1C-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEZ6L, ISM2, and BMP7. Each is linked with PPP1R1C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R1C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R1C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R1C versus SEZ6L in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R1C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R1C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
