Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP1R1C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,585 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R1C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to indole-3-methanol, Rho protein signal transduction, and Regulation of actin polymerization or depolymerization. Each is linked with PPP1R1C in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R1C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R1C results are reported.
