Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP1R1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,304 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP1R1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R1A_S67, PLIN1_S382, and PPP1R12B. Each is linked with PPP1R1A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP1R1A-to-partner and partner-to-PPP1R1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R1A versus PPP1R1A_S67 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP1R1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP1R1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
