PPM1K-DT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1K-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,964 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1K-DT-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of viral process, Regulation of actin filament organization, and Regulation by virus of viral protein levels in host cell. Each is linked with PPM1K-DT in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1K-DT-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1K-DT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of viral process grouped by PPM1K-DT-low versus PPM1K-DT-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1K-DT→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1K-DT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
