Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPM1K-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPM1K-DT data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher PPM1K-DT RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPM1K-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CHOL and ESCA show a favorable association.
CHOL, ESCA, and CESC are the cancer types where PPM1K-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
