PPM1H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,948 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPM1H_S124, PPM1H_T113, and PPM1H_S211. Each is linked with PPM1H in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1H-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1H versus PPM1H_S124 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1H→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
