Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPM1H RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPM1H data layer compared with 10 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPM1H RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPM1H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, THYM, and UCS are the cancer types where PPM1H RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
