Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1H protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,589 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPM1H-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDHP44, RPL32P26, and MANSC1. Each is linked with PPM1H in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1H-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1H results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPM1H versus GAPDHP44 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1H→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
