PPM1H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1H mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1H-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, mTOR_pS2448, and PCNA. Each is linked with PPM1H in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1H-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by PPM1H-low versus PPM1H-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1H→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
