Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,624 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Aerobic respiration, and Endosome transport via multivesicular body sorting pathway. Each is linked with PPM1H in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1H-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1H results are reported.
