PPM1H

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1H mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1H-associated genes across cancer lineages are ITGAD, GTSF1L, and CPXCR1. Each is linked with PPM1H in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1H-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ITGAD grouped by PPM1H-low versus PPM1H-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1H→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
