PPM1E

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPM1E mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,192 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1E-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB3, PCGF6, and CHCHD4. Each is linked with PPM1E in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1E-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1E results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 grouped by PPM1E-low versus PPM1E-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
