Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,163 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPM1E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-DNA complex assembly, Protein-DNA complex organization, and RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions. Each is linked with PPM1E in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1E-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1E results are reported.
