Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPM1E mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPM1E-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL10L, TAS2R7, and C7. Each is linked with PPM1E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPM1E-to-partner and partner-to-PPM1E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL10L grouped by PPM1E-low versus PPM1E-high in SOFT_TISSUE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPM1E→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPM1E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
