Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,368 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPIL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are C11orf21, TNFRSF14-AS1, and CD1C. Each is linked with PPIL3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIL3-to-partner and partner-to-PPIL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIL3 versus C11orf21 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
