PPIF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,388 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURA, DDX21, and DDX21_S89. Each is linked with PPIF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIF-to-partner and partner-to-PPIF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIF versus PURA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
