PPIF

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22,894 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIF-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAM2, SNED1, and LHFPL6. Each is linked with PPIF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIF-to-partner and partner-to-PPIF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIF versus JAM2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIF→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
