PPIE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,263 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIE-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR132, RNA5SP411, and RNU6-23P. Each is linked with PPIE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIE-to-partner and partner-to-PPIE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR132 grouped by PPIE-low versus PPIE-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIE→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
