Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP58 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,474 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP58-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome assembly, Mitochondrial translation, and Mitochondrial gene expression. Each is linked with PPIAP58 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP58-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP58 results are reported.
