Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIAP58 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPIAP58 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher PPIAP58 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIAP58 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and READ show a favorable association.
UVM, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where PPIAP58 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
