PPIAP49

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,777 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP49-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADGRE2, RUNX1_T14, and SPEN_S1268. Each is linked with PPIAP49 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP49-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP49 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPIAP49 versus ADGRE2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIAP49→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIAP49) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
