Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP49 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,476 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP49-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial cytochrome c oxidase assembly, Mitochondrial translation, and Proteasome assembly. Each is linked with PPIAP49 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP49-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP49 results are reported.
