Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAP38 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,472 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAP38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are rRNA modification, Ribosome assembly, and Monoubiquitinated protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with PPIAP38 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAP38-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAP38 results are reported.
