PPIAL4G

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAL4G mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAL4G-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Ku80, and Tuberin. Each is linked with PPIAL4G in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAL4G-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAL4G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAPDH grouped by PPIAL4G-low versus PPIAL4G-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIAL4G→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIAL4G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
