PPIAL4G

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPIAL4G RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPIAL4G data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher PPIAL4G RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPIAL4G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and SCLC show a favorable association.

CESC, MESO, and BLCA are the cancer types where PPIAL4G RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
