PPIAL4G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPIAL4G RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 915 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPIAL4G-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spindle assembly, Cell division, and Double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining. Each is linked with PPIAL4G in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAL4G-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAL4G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Spindle assembly grouped by PPIAL4G-low versus PPIAL4G-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPIAL4G→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPIAL4G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
