Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPIAL4E RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,723 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPIAL4E-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA from tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Negative regulation of synaptic vesicle exocytosis, and L-methionine salvage from methylthioadenosine. Each is linked with PPIAL4E in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPIAL4E-to-partner and partner-to-PPIAL4E results are reported.
