PPFIA4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPFIA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,832 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPFIA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASGRF2, AKT3, and SGIP1. Each is linked with PPFIA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPFIA4-to-partner and partner-to-PPFIA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPFIA4 versus RASGRF2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPFIA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPFIA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
