PPCDC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPCDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,234 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPCDC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EDC3, RPUSD2, and SAP130. Each is linked with PPCDC in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPCDC-to-partner and partner-to-PPCDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPCDC versus EDC3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPCDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPCDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
