Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPARGC1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,811 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPARGC1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SORBS2, MYEF2, and NID1. Each is linked with PPARGC1A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPARGC1A-to-partner and partner-to-PPARGC1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPARGC1A versus SORBS2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPARGC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPARGC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
