PPARGC1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPARGC1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPARGC1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, eEF2, and ATM. Each is linked with PPARGC1A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPARGC1A-to-partner and partner-to-PPARGC1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by PPARGC1A-low versus PPARGC1A-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPARGC1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPARGC1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
