Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPARD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,019 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPARD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOSR2, CXCL5, and SP2-AS1. Each is linked with PPARD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPARD-to-partner and partner-to-PPARD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPARD versus GOSR2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPARD→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPARD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
